You tend to be quite emotional and sometimes this stops you from expressing your true feelings as you worry you might become upset. Remember that those around you accept you for who you are and actually, they quite like your softer side so go on- express yourself. Are you laughing things off when inside you don’t feel like laughing? This will only lead to feelings of resentment. You can still speak your mind and be assertive without offending anyone but this is a skill that needs to be nurtured. You have this within you; you just need to trust yourself. You sometimes tend to be a bit irritable and snappy and can lose your temper quite easily. Try embarking on some physical pursuit’s e.g. swimming, cycling or squash. You will find it’s a good way of venting some of your negative energy and as a result your tolerance levels will be raised.
